Standard Service
dusting washing all surfaces, wiping the outside of kitchen appliances & cabinets, basic cleaning of the bathrooms, and vacuuming & mopping
Deep Cleaning
floor scrubbing, detailed kitchen cleaning, fine mopping, acid wash of bathroom also includes basic package
End of Tenancy
Rooms(2 for 250, 3 or more 350) involves cleaning every aspect of the property – including floors, walls, carpets, furniture and appliances – to ensure it’s returned in its original condition
After Build
.50 per square ft-Removing dust, dirt, and scuffs from all surfaces
Vacuuming and dusting woodwork, fixtures, and appliances
Cleaning the trim, baseboards, frames, and door jambs
